GCA and SCA is not applicable for Griffing Model II.
Model II treats parents as random effects. Under this model, additive (GCA) and dominance (SCA) variance components are statistically confounded and cannot be estimated independently. Therefore, GCA and SCA variances are not computed.

Combining Ability Plot is not available for Griffing's Model II.
The Combining Ability Matrix visualizes GCA,and SCA values for each parental cross. This requires parents to be treated as fixed effects (Griffing Model I).
In Model II, parents are treated as random effects. Under this assumption, additive (GCA) and dominance (SCA) components are statistically confounded and cannot be separated for individual crosses.
Therefore, a cell-wise visualization of combining ability has no meaningful biological interpretation under Model II.
Please switch to Model I to enable the Combining Ability Plot.

CSV data file creator
This is a user-friendly platform where you can generate CSV files in the required format for analysis which can be used to upload and perform analysis.
Enter the number of parents, replications, and response variables in the sidebar panel. Upon submission, a structured data table will appear in the main panel, where you can enter responses by clicking on the cells.
Also, in the data frame generated automatically in the Data entry panel you can simply copy observations directly from Excel and paste using Ctrl+V.
After completion of data entry download the CSV file and upload in the analysis tab and complete your analysis.
